Egg and Onion Appetizer 6 hard cooked eggs ½ cup minced onion ½ tsp. salt pepper 4 T schmaltz (approx.) Grate eggs or chop finely. Combine all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve on little breads or chopped lettuce as a first course.
