Shred 2 medium heads of cabbage, 1 large green pepper, 1 small onion,
and 1 carrot. Combine ¾ cup of Hellmann’s mayonnaise, 1 T mustard,
1 T sugar, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. celery seeds and toss with
salad. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving. If
cabbage lets out water, drain and add more mayonnaise if necessary.
